This Halal Food Preparation Specialist Technician course  is aimed at:

Program Duration:

The program has a total duration of 120 hours, divided into 90 hours of theory and 30 hours of practice. It is organized into 3 modules of 4 weeks each.

Approval Methodology:

To obtain the degree, students must:

  • Submit the requested work after each class within the established time.
  • Pass the theoretical knowledge assessment exams that we will present at the end of each module.
  • Successfully complete the internship project that will be provided to you to demonstrate mastery of the topics covered.
